Oh, where to begin! We purchased a brand new 2019 Heartland bighorn on June 27th, 2018 from la Mesa in phoenix on McDowell. It was special ordered. On August 15th, 2018, the fifth wheel went in for repairs. It was there until August 30th, 2018. Not all repairs were done. Those repairs not done are still waiting for a response from la Mesa. Bought a 2018 Tiffin Phaeton for over $275,000 and have had horrible service repairing the punch list reviewed with them at time of purchase. Dave our service manager is full of excuses and zero results. We are 11 months in to owning this RV and the dealer is still trying to resolve the repairs. We will never purchase another RV from LaMesa again. Even spoke with the Service Manager Tim and still hitting a brick wall. I read many negative reviews on these jerks and should have known better than to proceed with them. I questioned salesman John and manager Sam regarding their horrible reviews. They assured me things have changed and to please take a chance. That was my first mistake! This horrible experience was over a $235,000 motorhome. If it were possible, I would give them a minus star. We purchased a 2018 Odyessy Entegra from LaMesa RV - San Diego. The first signs of problems came when I took delivery. The contract called for a Sirius Radio which was important since we were leaving on a cross country road trip. I tried to tune the radio and, after numerous failures, I was told the radio had to be wired for Sirius at a cost of almost $400. They will tell you what they think you want to hear and when the customer finds an issue Management (James) got upset and tries to bully you. James refer me to Customer Services Management in San Diego who still has NEVER Returned my messages My issue was they told us a 4 seater Razor would fit in the toyhauler - We did measure and yes it should but it does NOT, James solution was for us to move the door, sale our Razor or remove patio.. La Mesa RV Phoenix has a great sales staff. Unfortunately there isn't any service after the sale. Oh, a lot of lip service and promises, but they never deliver. I posted some pictures of shoddy paint warranty work they had done on social media. Within less than a year it started to bubble, peel and crack. This business does not deserve a single star! On July 12 two employees came to Flag City RV in Lodi, CA to pick up our 2012 Newmar Ventana LE 3862 motorhome for possible purchase. After keeping it overnight, they did not have any interest and returned it the next day July 13. It was returned DAMAGED; #1 the slides had not been locked for transportation, #2 both bedside cabinets were torn off and tossed onto the Tempurpedic mattress, #3, the mattress was covered with greasy boot prints. I want to warn everyone to stay away from La Mesa RV in Glendale, Arizona. The service department is the most dysfunctional service department you'll every experience. The technicians don't know how to do quality work, the service writers don't return phone calls and they can't get anything done in a timely manner. Don't waste your time or money there.
