We purchased this 2020 Thor Motorhome . We walked through it with a wonderful sales person, Mark W*****. We walked through the RV and found a few minor things that we were told would be fixed. We also paid to have a deep cleaning on the inside and a special coating on the outside. When went to pick it up, nothing had been done. We bought an awning from La Mesa RV in Mesa, AZ and they installed it on our trailer. We hardly ever use the trailer, and had only opened up the awning a couple of times. While driving down the road in Mesa, AZ, the awning just fell off. Thankfully we were not on the highway where it could have caused a vehicle following us to crash. They refused to help out, but after some prompting, they agreed to inspect the trailer and awning. It was pretty obvious after inspecting it that it was an installation issue. I would not recommend them to anyone due to high pressure sales tactics. All agreements should be reviewed by a legal representative before signing to prevent you from being trapped into a situation that you will regret. They will not negotiate regardless of your needs or situation.

Steer clear of this Business. I purchased an R.V. and they set it on fire while prepping it for delivery then they lied and said that it had a small water leak and would take about a week to deliver instead of the next day as was agreed upon. i went directly to the dealership they were not expecting me to see the so called small water leak they tried to stop me from going to service it is then i learned that the vehicle was involved in a major damage fire. they were not going to tell me about this fire they were stalling to ... read more

We purchased our coach new in 2017 from La Mesa in Port St. Lucie, FL. Our salesman was laid back and easy to work with although he didn't seem to know their inventory too well. This review would be 3 to 4 stars if it were just for sales, however the 1 star rating specifically reflects the service or lack of service we have received from their service department. I am having a negative experience with La Mesa RV Sales Management. Negotiated a good faith price with intent to purchase on a 5th wheel late in the afternoon early evening 3/23/2019. Sales managers, Sales person, and I agreed on sales price and trade value of my 2018 travel traveler, then they sent me to financing to review overall costs and they had me sign some paperwork to hold the vehicle. We bought our 2018 Thor Miramar last April 2018. We had several issues that LaMesa said they would fix. We live in our Rv so at the time they said they would send parts. Here we are almost one year with several issues and still cannot get a response. We turned to Thor and they have been trying to get LaMesa to fulfill what they told us they would do. I made an apt for warranty service in July 2018 for my 2015 Roadtrek RV but was scheduled in early October. I left my RV at service for over a day so they could look at everything needing repairs and get the parts and warranty approved and scheduled. I am supposed to have a 6 year warranty. Then over 2 months later and after asking numerous times for an update and to be scheduled to get at least some items fixed, I was told my service advisor was no longer there. Although I really like the La Mesa, RV organization I had an absolutely horrible buying experience with La Mesa, San Diego. Nothing but misrepresentations, broken commitments, and poor service. On the plus side, I did take my new RV to La Mesa, Tuscon who bent over backward to make some of the bumbled delivery services right.
