Always Great food and Margaritas! The family and I Love it.
Horrible, horrible service. Sat down at 6 PM, no water or chips by 620. Waiter served folks that walked in way after us. Stopped at EL Vallarta and had water, chips and order taken within 3 minutes. No more LA Mesa for us.

Today we went to La Mesa for some refried beans and rice and some quac. The co worker asked for something that would feed 10 people. They gave her a container of rice and a container of beans that wouldn't have filled up my 11 month old grandson and charged her 40.00. This place is the worst for Mexican food ever. We called them to see if they would make it right and they said no. We told them we would never go back and he said ok no problem. What kind of customer service is that.
