Brenda Heflin is the worst social worker of all time. She accused me of being on drugs even though I’m sober, meanwhile she weighs over 300 pounds and was slurring her words so I think she is the one who needs rehab ASAP
As someone who has been placed in a situation where we have to rely on city related resources for medical attention, I have to say it’s very disappointing that their communication with patients is very unsatisfactory. I had an appointment scheduled, which I had to block out my entire day to go the appointment, it was scheduled for 1:15 PM and I get inside a little after 1:15 PM because they close for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, only to be told that “oh the doctor is not here today”.
