The doctors and staff are amazing! the first time I went in I was in severe pain. I didn't want anyone to touch my neck much less adjust me. The dr put me at ease and dealt with my emotions and fear perfectly. They also see my son and he loves getting adjusted. I would definitely recommend La Mesa chiropractic to anyone in need of a good family chiropractor.

I’ve been Dr. Ryan’s patient for 3 years and cannot rave enough about how much better I feel every time I leave. Today I took by 2 month old daughter in for her second adjustment and it’s like she’s a new baby! Highly recommend La Mesa!
I have been going for about 9 months. I was in bad shape. Horrible neck pain and shoulder pain, jaw pain. I can say I feel like I'm on the road to recovery. My daughters dance and Dr. Jeremy has really helped them feel better. I took my oldest who is 11 but has never been to a Chiropractor and was really scared. And she been going on and on about how great she feels and can’t wait to go back.
I had been tossed from one doctor to another, for horrible pain in my neck and shoulder. My mom recommended Dr. Jeremy and I am glad she did!!!! I get to go back to my life and that means the world to me!!!! I would recommend La Mesa Chiropractic to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you guys so much for everything cant wait for my next adjustment!!!!
