If you have ever been to this amazing restaurant than you know why it is 5 star!!! The best atmosphere and food you can imagine!! We will never forget the warm hospitality that we received from David, Paulie, Joe, and John!! They made us feel so at home, that we stayed for 4 hours! We are from Louisiana and would travel back to NYC just to dine there again!!
The staff is so friendly and the food is scrumptious!! We ordered something that wasnt on the menu and they happily prepared it for us. We get to ny once a year and always plan to dine at La Mela.
I have been to New York before and have eaten in Little Italy each time! La Mela was a great experience from the gentlemen who greated us on the street, to the staff and the atmosphere. I loved the soccer game being played and the staying true to who they are and cheering so loud!! Food was the best!! I will be back!! Keep doing what y'all are doing cause it's working!!
Great food, very reasonable prices. Hawker guy very cool and ultra friendly. Simply can't beat the lunch special it's a great dish and very plentiful
