Jasmine is a great manager! Very kind and efficient. She has always gone above and beyond. Building is well maintained and would not have lived anywhere else in Tallahassee. You can’t beat the location! Close to downtown and midtown.
Lived here for my final two years at FSU. Jasmine, the property manager, was absolutely awesome. Any issue I had, she was determined to get it resolved as soon as possible. Good location, cozy little spot. Highly recommend.
I resided here for over 2 years. Units are nice, appliances are nice, bedrooms nice size too. Great location, close to all the stores and eats. Great property management as well. A nice place to live!
I lived here for 1.5 years and only moved when I left Tallahassee for a job. By far the best place I lived in tally! 1 bedroom is small but appliances are new, plenty of parking, walking distance to Cascades park and SAFE neighborhood. Also super close to all the Aplachee shopping and overall just a great/central location. Property Manager Jasmine was amazing and helped me find someone to fill end of my lease so I didn’t even have to pay last month’s rent.
