Drinks are watered down and too small and everything is overpriced but it is a nice spot!
Was spending the afternoon in Fort Tryon Park. Figured we'd walk down to check out restaurant. We went in without reservations. The hostess sat us in a waiting area and forgot us. We ended up getting a table in about 45 min. Not too bad considering it was a sat night around 6pm. The wives wanted one of the drink specials, but they ran out. This place is all about being on the Hudson river. Started with the hostess who was a bit rude and condescending. Not a good start. The food was ok tasting but what really got me was the portion size. If I'm gonna pay $28 for a lobster roll, I should get a decent amount of lobster. Not even close. It was all bun and a tiny bit of lobster sprinkles on top of the bread. I'm sorry but the view is not enough for me to come back. Mediocre food in small quantities and expebdive is a deal breaker.
