Free maintenance and super service So I read a few reviews about this place before choosing to lease and I must say they did make me think twice about renting here. Each time I came to see an apartment the staff was friendly and professional. I asked about their maintenance policy and was told that maintenace was includeded in the monthly rental amount. Apartment Review Like some of the other residents I was asked to write my opinion of my home here at La Maison Apartment Complex. My fiance and I have only been here since October and have not experienced any of the issues stated in some of the other reviews. The management staff is very friendly or atleast those who we have met. The janitorial crew seems to stay on top of things also but I have noticed that they haven't replaced all of the landscaping that was damaged by the freeze. The rental rate isn't bad either. World Class Apartment in River Oaks I love my brand new apartment at La Maison River Oaks! I have an amazing apartment with hardwoods, a back yard, washer and dryer, and a rain spa shower. I chose La Maison because of several factors 1.) Location - Within walking distance to Whole Foods, the dry cleaners, and the original Berry Hill 2.) Fell in love with my actual apartment 3.) Good enough 4 me La Maison is great place to call home if you are new to the Houston area. It is in a very central location, minutes fro downtown, minutes from the Galleria, and minutes from the medical center. I chose an apartment that faces East and has a spectacular view of the downtown skyline! The tenants that rent here seem to be classy business professionals. Great experience thus far I was asked to write a review about my experience as a tenant. My experience has been great! The resident activities are a nice touch, service is excellent, good location, and it is brand new. No complaints from me.
