la maison renter (NOT MANAGEMENT) Sept 2010, avoid this place like the plague. Complex is very pretty to look at but extremely cheaply made. You can hear your neighbors do EVERYTHING between the walls and ceiling. Management doesn't care and justifies the extreme noise by stating that this is an apartment complex. However, I've lived at other complexes and have never been able to hear my neighbors as I do. This is too costly for one to pay without having privacy by talking to someone on the phone. Elegant Living at Le Maison My experience at Le Maison has been great! The complex is very quiet although I do hear my neighbors from time to time. I think I got a good deal on my apartment for this area and it was brand new. The complex hosts monthly activities for residents such as cooking classes, happy hour, breakfast prepared by a famous chef, and crime prevention meetings. Pet Friendly Living We moved into La Maison after making the HUGE mistake of leasing at Alexan. We have been soooo much happier at this property and we are lucky that one of our friends told us about this place. We have a lab and not many apartments accept large dogs. La Maison is very pet friendly and they even offer dog and cat treats in their office! I recommend La Maison to anyone that has a pet!
Nice apartment La Maison is great so far. My apartment has maple colored hardwoods, gorgous pendant lights that hang in my kitchen, tall ceilings and a lot of windows for natural light. I originally wanted apartment by the pool but they did not have any available at the time I was moving. I ended up facing the outside entertainment kitchen and gazeebo. I like that the complex is set off in more of a residential type setting.
Residents 1106 My girlfriend and I moved in last August and have plans to renew our lease this summer. We are very pleased with our apartment, the management, and the maintenance staff at le Maison. Thank you.
Life in Texas Never living anywhere other than Detroit my wife and I were not thrilled about moving south to Texas. We spent days looking at various apartments around the Houston area and finally stumbled upon La Maison.
