They are just there to say sorry but I can’t do anything
I would not recommend anyone to visit this location, much less get care from them. They attempt to make you wait for hours at a time as well as give you unnecessary appointments in order to schedule more unnecessary appointments.
The management at this place is horrible. Wait times are usually over an hour. I’ve gone for my physical here and they always say there’s something wrong and to schedule a follow up appointment in which they will do nothing but wait an hour and give you a phone number to dial to get the “problem” fixed. I came in hoping to get an issue solved and a optometrist recommendation, but they never send the optometrist referral, and make you schedule more and more meetings in order to bill your insurance. I honestly never write reviews because I feel bad to hurt others feelings or businesses, but however I just want to save you the time and hassle. Go some where else! Do the research because I did not! I felt crazy when leaving this place like maybe it was something I did but to see the other reviews and ratings I realize that it is not my pregnancy hormones and I wasn’t overly emotional.
