A month no working fridge last year. Now...2 weeks no working HVAC...not even the fan to circulate air, much less AC... Think about that. 2 of the main things that should work in rental, but I'm going not hours or days without...but WEEKS upon weeks. Would put zero stars but it's not a choice. Stay far away if you like things repaired where you live...it doesn't happen here with any urgency what so ever. If I could afford to move. I would.
