The taste of the food seem very burnt I still have that taste in my mouth it’s kind a like if somebody burned a pot of beans and then stirred the burnt part into the good part I spend $70 plus they’re from my family to eat plus $10 tip not worth it

We ordered a takeout order. Go in to pick it up and are completely ignored. People who came in after us were getting acknowledged and helped before we were even acknowledged. The gentleman that finally acknowledged us was completely rude. Horrible service.

Terrible customer service
I get it that times are rough right now, but if you have someone ordering over the phone maybe try to not be a complete b****. It was a super simple order literally only two things that didn’t need to be changed at all. Smothered burrito and chips. Not sure how much easier it could get. I was on hold for over 5 minutes which I didn’t mind one bit and was super nice. I just don’t understand being rude af when you’re lucky you’re still able to get this much business and keep a job.
They’re smother fries are my hangover comfort food. They’re smother burritos are my go to whenever I just need a really filling, delicious meal. So good! Glad they’re still running through this madness.
Just got dinner from La Luna via their take out because of this Corona virus pandemic. Took me a while to get someone on the phone because it was a busy. My wife was the one who picked our food up and she said they were crazy busy. Our order was correct and the food was great as usual, be patient with them and tip well.
We love La Luna !! We have been enjoying their yummy food for 20 years almost 💗 Make sure to ask for the chunky salsa it’s delicious.
Wonderful- good place to eat.
