I have always walked in for appointments at LaLa nails aside from one singular time in May of this year that I made an appointment prior (according to my text history with them).Walk-ins work well for me as my work schedule changes daily. Today when I made an appointment I was told that due to being late I cannot book appointments ahead and will need to walk in for whoever is available. The front desk people are ridiculous. They don’t speak English well, and I’m so upset because they can’t understand anything I’m saying. Every time I call, I have to repeat myself multiple times, and it’s extremely frustrating. They really need to have someone at the front desk who can communicate clearly with customers.

I had my manicure and pedicure done here with gel, and they have very inexperienced nail technicians. I specifically asked them to shape my nails round, but for my pedicure, every toenail ended up a different shape—one was round, another was square, etc. He also didn’t seem to know how to apply the gel properly. It was uneven and looked horrible. For my manicure, she didn’t know how to properly do my cuticles. She left so much skin around them and then painted all over my cuticles. Nataly was very attentive and took her time doing my nails and pedicure! She was so kind, and offered me drinks multiple times throughout the service. She was very upfront about pricing, which is uncommon at nail salons in my experience. I got exactly what I requested!
