As you can see, there are a lot of very good hardwood floor installers in Los Angeles. What makes LA Hardwood Floors a cut above is the office manager, Desiree Lopez. She is super organized, very skilled at communicating, and took great trouble to adjust the schedule to fit our needs (replacing floors in a house in Silverlake). People and parts (oak flooring) showed up when they were supposed to. They did the job as promised, and this is all I ask for from any craftsperson. Would use again.
Few pieces of our hardwood floor were damaged , they replaced it for us in a short time at a reasonable price . Thank you for the great job,
I'm going to give a factual and extremely fair review: I had two homes done, both had about 3-5 installation issues each (no transition pieces/broken/not secured, warped boards, visible gaps in front of moldings, stair nosings loosely installed, minor gaps between a few boards). HOWEVER, Camilo did send his team back and address these issues free of charge, but not all of them were done very cleanly.
