I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND MY AC UNIT HAS NOT WORKED PROPERLY SINCE I MOVED HERE. THEY COME AND DO SOMETHING TO IT, AND IT LASTS FOR A WHILE & THEN ITS BACK TO BLOWING HOT AIR. LAST WORK ORDER I WAS CALLED A LIAR BASICALLY AND TOLD THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE AC. CLEARLY ITS NOT WORKED SINCE I FIRST MOVED HERE, AND ALL NEW WORK ORDERS ARE BEING IGNORED NOW. ALSO THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP SCAMMING MONEY FROM ME, I HAVE EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT RECIEPT SAVED AND THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME ... read more
Please do not rent here ! There’s always trash everywhere, office people don’t care about nothing except money…. Let’s not mention they also have rats and don’t do nothing about it I suggest you to not move in unless you wanna live with rats and deal with the nonsense from these people… also watch out the office people stole my baby’s tablet
Rat infested. Do not rent here. The management team is never the same. In the year i was here i never saw the same person more than twice. Work orders are never complete if they do come out its not for a order you put they typi5 put the wrong door number
