There is no security leading to homeless encampments in stairs with fire doors barricaded. The common areas are filthy, such as dried vomit in elevator for 2 days, while the manager has unreasonable demands of the senior and disabled tenants. In violation of The Americans with Disabilities Act as to Fair Housing. Report the need for repairs but don't hold your breath while waiting for a response. The manager and Tulsa Housing Authority seem to think they don't have to answer to anyone as to their treatment of tenants.

I love it here. There are no bugs, mice and definitely no bed bugs. The views from the balcony are beautiful. They have coffee in the morning 8-10 a.m. There are snack and soda machines and reasonably priced. They have frequent special events. Just recently residents were taken to the fair. It's very quiet here. The Manager's are here Monday through Friday. Lucas and Braden are 2 of the Manager's and are very cordial. It's a great place to call home. The bus stop is right outside.
