Not deep fried, but sauté Halibut, Salmon or Shrimp with olive oil and spices placed on top of fresh avocado slices and Chipotle sauce, topped off with pico de gallo and lemon juice. Served open faced on a flour or corn tortilla. Generous portions of fish that only a true fish lover should attempt to eat in one sitting. Served with beans and rice. Yum, yum. Good for the heart and soul.
