Was very satisfied with the information given to me during my initial conversation with Greg at LA FixIt. Appointment was kept as scheduled, however they called only within minutes before arriving, not the 20 min. told to me. But I was still able to wrangle the dog before their service representative entered the house! Diagnosis and it possible cause was given within minutes of Alex's arrival. The job was neat! I had Alex come out to inspect my Fisher Paykel dishwasher, and even though it isn't a cheap appliance, he allowed me to pay for the new drain pump and said he'd give me a discount on labor. Overall great experience. Thank you guys!
Not sure why the mixed reviews but I got a technician on time, go figure! Great guy Sasha came to fix up my leaking fridge, ended up being a complete different problem.. Overall the cost was a little over $200, but no mickey mouse job and going strong!!
BUYERS BEWARE Way too expensive. All of the positive reviews were posted by the same person. Also rated is another appliance company, I guess their sister company. They did show up on time but wanted way too much money.
