This LA Fitness is downright disgusting. The management appears to be completely inept, letting the facilities deteriorate to such a deplorable state. The gym's lack of cleanliness is beyond anything I've ever encountered, and it's genuinely concerning. I love L A Fitness at **** **********! *******, *****. ********** in this place is sooo contagious! It is always filled with people that I can tell were once great athletes! and still are ! Im not sure why this club draws so many former pros maybe its the great location. But, I have to say that everyone loves the ****** Services Manager, ******* N and his assistant ****. I'm wondering how the business has an A+ rating? When so many customers are un satisfied enough to pursue action through a 3rd party and still are un able to find resolution. I experienced bullying behavior from a male manager at the Seminole esporta in **. that escalated to law inforcement becoming involved. Had an awful experience at the garden city stewart ****** location with the personal training team. I was given false information multiple times and the interactions i had with two staff members has been extremely unprofessional. My trained has shown up late and lied about being in the building when he was not. For my next session he didnt show up and no one contacted me to let me know that the session was canceled . Their *********** is never working. Its honestly shameful. I spoke with the manager and she told me they are just waiting on an item to come in to fix the ** and the item has been in the waiting for well over 7 weeks. Unacceptable, its so hot, muggy, smelly. Its disgusting

I have been trying to cancel my LA Fitness membership... because we moved away from a nearby gym. My wife was able to call and cancel hers because when we signed up we had different last names.But when I call (and email)... I am being told I have to go in person. Kind of frustrating and shows a real lack of Customer Centricity. Will certainly sign up for another gym next time we move.

I was offer one month training , Pay only that one time . And they sold me ****************************************************** the contract just sign on the computer. Trusted them but they sold me something i didnt agree verbally.

I started a membership almost 3 years ago got to use the gym 5 times at most I tried to cancel and I get the run around even though I told them I no longer live in that state and I was in a car accident and unable to do anything at all due to the injuries. They harass me about my payment because my card no longer exist but meanwhile they were taking out the payments for almost 3 years and renewed without my consent nor permission.

Sales employee (*****************************) continues to harass me about working for the company. When I decline over and over again he then proceeds the interrogate me about the ONE PERSON Im bringing in. I currently pay for ***** pass so he should not be bothering me about who I bring in.Location = *********************************************************************
