HORRIBLE! Just awful. They don't respond to email or voicemail. Since Coronavirus, they have changed their cancellation policy to make it difficult to cancel. Now they say that you have to provide a handwritten letter via regular mail when the process before was by email. They want to make it hard for people to cancel and tell them to go out to get stamps. Poor leadership on financial matters. They should be ASHAMED.
