The location in Wesley Chapel, FL is run down and gross. Despite that, I tried to reactivate my membership using a reactivation promotional rate from an email. They steal your money! Even after cancelling their service they kept charging my credit card. Had to file dispute with bank. Fraud company
I was playing my racket ball. around 3:30 there is two men walking in saying they have a reservations. I ask the front desk was this first come first serve or reservation come first. He said at first FCFS than I told him there is two man kicking me out saying they have reservation( no any sign on the racket room saying it’s reserved) than he said reservation come first. They make it impossible for you to cancel!! BEWARE of this company. They tell you it's very simple to cancel then you're stuck with a contract. Especially the Moon Valley Phoenix location. Toxic male manager and doesn't care for customers. Establishment shouldn't be open for business.
This gym is not safe for minors nor children. There is no surveillance control on the outside nor the inside. They have no protection protocol for safety measure on the inside nor outside of the building. Esporta is owned completely separate from the Westfield Mall property management, and the security that patrols the nightshift specifically does not engage in actives related to the Esporta area since they are completely different owners. LA has just made its transition to Esporta. I currently pay $29.99 for a single club membership. Esporta’s basic membership is $9.99. I asked about switching to the Esporta membership since it’s the same as what I’m paying now, but $20 less. I was told that although my old membership doesn’t have cancellation fees, it would cost $190 to switch over! And when I asked why to a salesperson, they said they didn’t know. they make you go through so many loops to cancel your memebrship. NEVER getting a membership here again. They also lied when I got my membership saying they would extend the hours but they never did and they close early.
