Very negative experience. I signed up to the gym and requested someone just show me the weight training equipment correctly. What I ended up getting was a 2-hour spiel, selling me training sessions. Gullible me I signed up, only to discover that the guy who talked my ear off about his own professional achievements and assured me HE would be personally training me, lied. On Saturday August 12th 2023, I was robbed at La Fitness ******. Someone cut the locks off the lockers and stole phones and wallets. I was appalled at the total lack of concern from the personnel at LA Fitness. It was like 'Oh well bad break'. I had to contact the police myself and fill out my own police report with *******************. I was told La Fitness has no liability what so ever. a ****** worker spoke to me rudely today. he said that I cannot use one machine for more than 5 minutes and if someone comes up and wants to use the machine, I will have to give up the machine immediately. I asked why I can't use the machine. ****** said I wasn't born in the US and he could cancel my LA fitness membership. I asked him is he a racist? ****** answered yes. employee ****** is a racist

Be careful of These companys total scam , dont take my word and read their reviews on consumer fair act website. very common practice of charging canceled accounts for months then IF or when you catch them they offer 3 months refund. that can happen monthly basis and imagine how many ppl are getting scammed this way thousands of dollars to the corporations pocket for this unethical practices. Signed up for personal training lessons telling the salesman that i was going to have tests done for a bad heart valve and may have to cancel the lessons. He assured me to just bring in a Dr's note if there is a problem and LA Fitness would immediately cancel the personal training lessons. Sure enough i needed a stent but in my valve and was told not to do heavy lifting for the future. Run from this company!!! they are nice to welcome in and get your money but when you need their help or better information they can be really nasty and mistreat you as a customer really bad. Horrible management and customer service in this ************* ** location!!! . I had to call 3 times to get information on how to cancel my membership since I am moving to another Estate that doesn't have Esporta Fitness location.
