Body Works class!! Works out everything but your eyelashes...but I'm sure that's an option if you ask :)
Come during off-hours to actually enjoy your work out or be ready to wait for the better machines.
When lifting weights...Don't grunt too loudly, people will laugh at you.
Get it in! Great gym -- Take advantage of a HARD work out complete with a class. Kick your own butt into shape!!! xx
Parking is not nearly as bad as people make it out to be, spots open quickly or valet, nice facility.
check out the outdoor pool -- it's a saltwater pool, no chlorine!
Nice equipment and nice vibe here.
If you have a guess pass you are not allowed to play basketball -_- WTF!!!
