I frequented the LA Fitness at the address of ******************************************************** located in the ********** Marketplace. I had printed out my fee three-day trial pass as advertised on LA Fitness's website. I wanted to get a feel of how their location was. Absolutely the worst customer service, the worst gym, the worst management, just the worst. Trying to get a refund is a joke. Do yourself a favor and do not join these gyms!

I had canceled my subscription 2 months ago and they still charging me, if you truly to call them, its been hours on the phone, problem bot solved YET

Beware LA Fitness's scammy membership practices. I signed up with a promotional offer advertising "first month free" expecting to try it out for a month before I have to pay...but they want you to pay for 2 months up front, one of which is the "free" month. When you want to cancel, that's when you get the extra month "free" -- after you've already decided you don't want a membership anymore. So the offer amounts to nothing. I regret signing up with LA Fitness. They make it unnecessarily hard to cancel your agreement!! I signed up for a month to month membership. They make you jump through so many hoops just to cancel. I logged onto my LA Fitness portal and went to the cancellation tab. It says to print a PDF form and to mail to the address provided on the form. NOWHERE on the Cancellation tab does it mention needing to be sent via certified mail. Terrible business. Like most others, I got roped in to the personal training scam. The first few training sessions were decent but then the trainer wouldn't arrive for the scheduled time and one of the other employees would have to cover them. The sessions weren't even as advertised at all and honestly pretty basic and useless. Now I don't even want to go to the gym normally anymore. I lost the motivation for it after this whole dilemma.
