I recommend that no person signs themselves up for this mess. I have tried to cancel my membership with these people for over a month and they continue to give me the run around about how it can be cancelled. They either do not have competent people working or they lack procedures and protocol that makes sense. This place is filthy and rarely properly cleaned, I have sent pictures of mold in the steam room, garbage laying around for days... You can be there around closing time and come back in first thing in the morning and find the same garbage laying around. Bathroom urinals are atrocious on a daily basis. This place is closed throughout the night and there is absolutely no reason it isn't properly cleaned in that time, especially with the covid... I wanted to cancel my Personal Trainer, it's already a year over, I was not been able to use it because I was caught with this covid situation . Lost my job and relocated. I paid more than half of the entire program but wasn't really able to use it. Long story short I hired a personal trainer there, after 7 sessions it was clear their training was not up to par with what they charge. I was unhappy so they jostled me around to 3 other trainers which didnt pan out because they didnt have the right schedules. I asked to be taken off the contract which didnt go over well. Can not cancel without some magical form or going into an actual location but ONLY during business hours M-F.. when the rest of the world earns a living. **************** is no help with emailing the form. Nothing special about this gym and customer service *****.

If I could give it a zero I would. I recently injured my foot and have a doctors note stating that I am unable to work out for the next 6 weeks. I called the gym that I attended and they have been no help trying to get someone on the line. I called corprate customer service and the woman I spoke with was very unhelpful. Esporta Fitness is an extremely unethical and immoral company. The staff is not very helpful and the corporate staff is beyond shady. Esporta Fitness/ LA Fitness email offers that are impossible to accept. The extended an offer to me 4 times throughout the month of January but will not accept the offer. I signed up for 6 months of training. I've paid for 5 months, and my 6th month is about to be billed soon.
