Tara B!!! I call her Tara the Beast. Her classes are always high energy and impactful. You'll be really sore initially but the more you go the less painful it will become!

I love the facility. Made good friends at LA Fitness Kennesaw. Teachers are very good. Place is clean. A BAD THING ABOUT IT >>>>> THE WORK OUT CLASS IS VERY COLD! This week was colder that ever. Many people complaining about the temperature. Horrible to take yoga in a cold room.
I love this gym! It's always clean, the classes are AMAZING, friendly staff and have had no problem with parking. Only downside is we run out of weights in the classes because so many people come and there is no wifi. Wifi would be amazing!!
Yes...but it would be better if it had wifi! I know several people who do not use that facility because of that!
Great place to go and get a great workout with my trainer Dakota everyone is friendly and helpful I enjoy going
Went to 5:45 AM spin and no teacher!!! Also when I signed up was supposed to have a free coach assessment and when I went to that appointment coach was with someone else and never returned to apologize. Not so good on follow thru -
