I was out of town for a week and needed a gym so I tried this one and I extremely recommended it to anyone, they are a great and very corruptive gym they have alot of equipment and great atmosphere as well I'd tell everyone to try this gym and when I ever come back I'll forsure be coming back
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff lacking training on customer service and company policy. You have repeatedly denied us the ability to cancel our membership, and now I’ll have to go to my bank to take the necessary steps so you can steal my money anymore. I don't normally do this, but I went in to cancel my membership today. The gentleman working up front was rude. He interrupted me twice, and then was rude to a fellow employee who was attempting to make small talk with me. I actually heard him make a "shh" sound at the young lady. It wasn't a good look. I like the gym, but employees should be mindful that they are the face of the business.
This is my favorite LA fitness to go to the equipment is very nice and the gym is kept up
It’s always clean and the machines are always in working order. The pool, spa and sauna area are always clean and the staff are very nice. I feel right at home at LA Fitness!!!
