The temp in the main room where classes are held is too hot. The AC is set too high. Several people left the Zumba class tonight because it was intolerable. No one should have to work out in this type of environment. It is a accident waiting to happen.
How can you have a multi million dollar facility and not have Wi-Fi service? Also, for past two weeks half the showers have been out of service for repairs. Can't they take one out of service and fix it, then move on to fix the next one. Some of the soap dispensers don't work. Got my car fender scraped in parking lot and they could care less. No cameras to monitor the lot!! It is crowded most of the time and recently too hot.
The bathrooms are absolutely nasty, and broken showers! The men's locker room is always filthy. No WIFI!!
Bathrooms are disgusting. No soap in the dispenser. It's rather warm inside. The sanitation dispensers smell like they are soiled or expired. I might end my membership with L.A. Fitness over this experience.
All the other facilities have free WiFi. Why don't you have that?
I had a great experience at this facility! I like it better than east west connector!
If you guys are looking for awesome trainers, this is the club. Seana and Ezzie are the bomb! The equipment stays well maintained and their cleaning crew is top notch!
