The management puts forth a lot of effort into lying about promotions and not making sure your contract gets cancelled. And when you call to talk to a manager, they are busy with a client. So you leave several messages, and they do not return your call.
Horrible costumer service!!! Took me 12 days of calling and going in to get my account canceled. I was on hold for 15 min. when I finally got on the phone with Leisa (manager) she hanged up on me!!
Love and enjoying my personal trainers. I just wish they have more personal trainers and more classes (yoga, pilates, dance). Some days, there are too many people in the gym. The hand dryers in the ladies locker room are broken.
