LA FITNESS staff stole my cosmetic products. I left my makeup bag in the women's locker room. The makeup bag was returned to the reception area and all products were taken. Mona the "manager " has no sense of professionalism, she is extremely rude! Instead of looking into the matter and addressing the issue, she insults me and accuse me of lying. **Staff and members stated the makeup bag was full and that it was placed in the reception area.
Worst gym there is in the area. There is absolutely no hourly check. Weight (dumbells, barbells) are disbursed everywhere even in the boxing courts or hidden. I used to work at LA Fitness and we had hourly checks to make sure all weights were where they belonged. This gym is horrible. Also people stay 30 minutes on machines without using them. True story. Not the clubs fault but I would as a manager advise or put a sign up. It gets ridiculous.
