All machines up and working which is a big plus compared to my local LA Fitness!
It's extremely dirty. Locker rooms stink and it seems like they haven't fully cleaned the place in a while. Every other LA fitness I have been to is better. They need to close the place for a few days and really clean the locker rooms and pool area where there are dead flies, mold, and mildew everywhere.
Karen the Fitness Instructor is the best...She is the best boot camp motivator and cycle instructor...She is passionate about fitness and she wants you to do your best while you are there.
(Missouri city location) Customer service is not the best, but whatever.The only thing I hate about going in @ 5am, looks like a tornado passed by the night before. Ppl can't even re-rack! Really ppl it's not that hard seriously!! � � Please Re-Rack cuz the staff wont do it! Ugh
LA fitness in mo city is by far my favorite location
My locker was vandalized and money in my wallet. When I complained to the manager was told of similar situation happened just a couple of weeks ago.
