Cannot use the hot tub when this one instructor is using the pool. Why let your employees run people off?
One of the worst customer service . Day care is horrible found my son crying various times and wouldn't even get a phone call to see what the issue was . Had one of the worst experiences with the personnel at day care and one of the managers . I don't recommend this Gym in Missouri city as a matter of fact a few of my friends that go there are considering to cancel there membership like I did. Worst Gym I have ever been too. Very disappointed with the personnel .
Broken equipment and lack of maintenance=a waste of your gym fees, For instance, the audio on almost every elliptical is broken.The gym is a mess. Staff has an "I don't care attitude." Part of the swimming pool is used by a swim school, and that use blocks Club members' use. I'm finding a better alternative,
I have enjoyed my membership since February. No one hassles me st all it's always clean and smells good. I love the hot tub after my workout!
Love the staff and all the class choices!!! We do boot camp twice a week #Amazing
