I cannot say enough about the mismanagement in this particular location. The air does not work in the Zumba yoga room for three or more weeks and they keep saying corporate has to fix it! Ridiculous! Again the floor mats are never cleaned. The dust in that room scares me. The floor is never waxed or cleaned. The local in charge people just enjoy conversations with each other. The stereo speakers have been terrible for the 3 years I've been going to Zumba classes. The gym has had different Managers and still nothing is done to fix this. Very frustrating. Many who go to these classes pay their monthly fees. Carpets in women's locker rooms smell horrible.
Closes too damn early for people that work swing shifts and the weights are never where they're supposed to be BC most of the staff hardly walks around to do their jobs. I like the one in Mo City BC it's bigger but the one in Richmond lacks much to be desired in terms of room to workout and certain equipment.
I left a pair of black & red beats Monday (1-16) morning on the treadmill. They were my son's Christmas gift. If you find them or have the heart to give them back, I would greatly appreciate it. I have returned countless cell phones and headphones to the front desk, so I am very sad that someone just took them.
I joined the club only for a month. I used to be a member of 24 hours. I chose LA Fitness is only because the location is closer to my new home in Sugar Land. I enjoy the yoga class and the swimming pool. But the ladies room is unbearable. The smell will knock you out once you step in. Wish the manager will take the matter seriously and fix the problems.
The personal training rules are very bad.If you cancel for temperory medical conditions they charge 50 percent of total fees. Even the doctor says this program is a cheating program. No where I have seen this.
