THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. THEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE AS IT PERTAINS TO REOPENING. WHILE ALL OTHER GYNS ARE GIVING UPDATES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS LA FITNESS HAS SAID NOTHING. SO IM RECOMMENDING THAT ALL GYM GOERS CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. ALSO THERE WILL BE LAWSUITS. CANCEL LA FITNESS IMMEDIATELY! CANCEL LA FITNESS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Instead of giving us refund during this outbreak these guys are giving us following options which we select or not, it is totally in their favor: OPTION 1: A free additional one-month extension to the end of your membership; or OPTION 2: A three-month membership (valued at over $175) for you to give to a friend or family member, which will give them access to all of our clubs. Absolutely disappointed 🤬
