Xsport will charge their member twice in the same month without explanation. Neither customer service or billing will answer the phone. The only way to cancel is by letter via direct mail.

I was a member since they opened. Carpeting was being taped together, place smelled, bathrooms and showers were disgusting and the "kids" working there were only there for a paycheck. When Farmingville opened up I made the switch. At least the place is clean and they do have soap and paper towels.
Paid for a two membership upfront in January right before the COVID lockdowns. I cancelled my membership during the lockdowns (the gym was obviously closed) and tried to get a refund but the staff has told me in order to do so I must call the corporate number. I have called no less than five time over the last month and cannot get a response (emailed multiple times with no response too). The customer service from the M.O.D is very bad.
Their Covid reopening strategy is to block off the majority of the equipment in addition to the pleasure of working out in a mask. They are still charging full price for a diminished product, oh and the money they stole from their customers during the shutdown. Zero stars
