I'm continuing to get the runaround from sales and management staff about cancelling my private training contract signed just before the pandemic hit. After signing me up because they "care about my health goals," it is UNBELIEVABLE that they would be so unsympathetic during this time. When I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the gym, I went in to speak to a manager. Even tho I have tried several time to cancel my subscription and we are in a pandemic for 5 months now. I still get charge every month and no one (no even costumer service) wants to help. I will not recommend a greedy place to no body
The manager and staff are rude to customers and I was personally attacked me outside of the gym by staff and the manager for not wearing a mask outside of the gym. This is after I worked out for 1.5 hrs inside wearing a mask. The Manager needs to get a new job since he doesn’t know that the customers are the reason why he has a job!! He needs to treat people with respect which he doesn’t. Practice what you preach.
Let me postpone my membership without a fee b/c of the coronavirus.
