This place is a free for all, there are no rules. Rude inconsiderate members. Weights are all over the place. Try finding 2 matching dumbells, Not enough treadmills. You'll waste alot time trying to find the equipment you need and you wind up cooling down and getting aggravated and stressed out. Then the over billing starts. When you speak to their nasty, and I mean NASTY customer service, you find just what they think of you.
Place is huge I give it that. Lots of machines to workout on even when packed. Haven't used the pool or jacuzzi yet but will soon. The women's changing room is beautiful and big, and is connected to the pool area so you don't have to walk through a crowd. The staff is really nice and helpful, and there's trainers always available. The workout classes are fun and the instructors are great and funny.
