The place is beautiful but the customer service there needs improvement.
The basketball court was small. West Orange's facility was a lot bigger which may or may not affect the experience.
I've been a member for a while was first going to clifton and now I go to kearny since it's only minutes from my house. Have to say not really happy with it. I have personal training sessions which I can't use in the kearny location because they only have "master" trainers which cost more money. Weights are all over the place and no one puts anything away. I think I rather take the drive to clifton. Who ever Manages this location needs to be fired.
Only been here a week and the place is closed on a Monday morning. Many upset customers waiting outside. No explanation for closure or delayed opening. Followed up with a phone call once I got to work. Employee would not explain why the gym was closed or transfer me to a manager. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior!
As a Gim I did lost 53 pounds in 6 months do to my sacrifice and persistence! The opening was late for 3 months Jacuzzi did not work per 2 months and a week after fix is out of service again.....I hope they fix it soon because we are all still paying for our membership....is not getting any cheaper!
Great workout!!! I have so much fun that I forget that's a workout n I keep coming back over n over again. LOVE IT!!!!!
