Love the gym love the zumba teachers first day back after a while and it felt great...
Love the cardio classes specially Zumba by Jazzmine is the best workout.
I just joined this facility, it's pleasant, but no disinfectant sprays to clean the machines after use, no juice or protein shake bar.. Zumba classes are amazing and ladies lockers are clean... But the nonexistence of disinfectant sprays is what bothers me more!!!
Finally we have a gym in town .... I like this gym
A mi me pareció muy completo. Atención muy amable, diversidad de máquinas, BASKETBALL COURT, PISCINA TEMPERADA, máquinas suficientes para cardio, limpieza absoluta, etc...Mi mamá tiene la membresía y por ello me hicieron un guest pass para disfrutar por una semana del servicio. ..Pienso regresar sin duda!
the trainers are friendly they give you nice pointers on what to do the work out machines are up to date and the place is very spacious I really cant complain
For $30 bucks a month (rounding off) almost everything you need to having a healthy lifestyle be a part of your daily routine. Pool, weights, classes, jacuzzi and a very helpful staff makes this place a must. Can we change the televisions in the locker rooms to sports or some sort of healthy and positive show rather than politics. Juice bar? Maybe seminars on meal plans and supplements. How about an organized run once a month.
