Local bank; credit union, not tv advertiser. It "feels" like home!
Over 15 years, LOVE them! They still provide the BEST customer service. My Branch is the DTLA office and the staff is TERRIFIC! I was always in there with some minor catastrophe but they always fixed it! Thanks LA FINANCIAL!

This bank has the WORST customer service ever! No local number, just a main line that they obviously undermanned! I have tried calling them multiple times and then it goes to voicemail which they say they will get back with one business day!! What kind of bank does that???
