Great Bank, been a customer for over 20 years back when it was Courts & Records. Any problems were always resolved in a timely fashion. Glad to be a customer.
I purchased a used vehicle through their concierge with NO hassles!! I worked with one point of contact Indy Pacheco. Not only did she help me with my vehicle but she facilitated getting me a LOWER interest rate on my existing credit card.

I moved to LA Financial ( LHCCU) after leaving the biggest banks in the US. I moved to find better service and and a more community oriented bank. They have no fees for normal services and some of the friendliest people in Lake Havasu City, plus I do most of my banking online at no additional charge; how great is that. I even got a small mortgage on my home for a remodel, it was fast, stress free, and has a very affordable payment.
