They dont return phone calls. I left messages for Christina Trithara but she never returned my phone calls.
Do you like to be listened to when you call or stop by the branch (Pasadena)? I do, and that's what I like about them just as much as doing things on line. Big Shout out to the LAFCU staff🎉
While I have rarely experienced a problem within the local branch, the continued issues with the website may cause me to change banks. It's particularly frustrating when there is no notice on the web page; and logging in requires resetting the password for the umpteenth time. As a 25+ year customer, I really don't want to change; but as somebody who needs ready access to my account information, this is more than frustrating. It's ridiculous.

Excellent rates I bought a truck whit Toyota financial services and they give me so high interest rate luckily I found LA Finacial Credit union and they give much more lower rate
I’ve banked with LAFCU since they were Courts and Records! The last few years have benefited from the 2% interest earned on my KASASA Checking account. I’m SO DISAPPOINTED that as of May 1st they discontinued KASASA accounts!! Searching for someplace else to move some of my money to.
