LA Financial has possibly the worst customer service of any financial institution i have used. if youre looking for a credit union, look elsewhere.
Very bad company now that we are in this moment so bad that many of us have lost our jobs or our hours have dropped. They have not offered to help their clients. It is not our fault that this is happening when I can refinance them.
Its too late, they can't. This is a vote of no confidence.
Worse service ever a nightmare. Stuck 4 now but NEVER again. I've showed insurance documents & my agent has sent them in 4 times. Then they take money out of your acct THEIR error & tell u u not getting your money back just an adjustment we can offset. Hell yea if it's the customers error u can when it's the bank give the money back like u took it. MESSY & WRONG. Susan ext 8231 does not return calls.
They are very personable and friendly. I've been a member for over 44 years. At one time I had a lot of money. Even though my transactions indicated that was the case, no one ever advised me on how to conduct my business. In retrospect I wish someone had. But after all is said and done, I have never had a problem with L. A Financial. In fact, they helped me by going out of their way when my mortgage was going to the wrong lender. Thank you L. A. Financial.
