Just left with the most beautiful hair color and cut that I have ever had!!!!!! Not only was she a top notch hairstylist but this family owned business treated me like I was apart of their family too. I didn’t want to leave. Needless to say I will be returning in 3months. I have been going to Tandis for over a year for my Brazilian waxes, just recently I decided I needed a hair cut and because I will only ever trust Tandis to wax me I knew I could trust her w my hair!! Mind you, I’m a VERY picky person but I let Tandis do whatever she wanted because I knew she would be able to make my hair look awesome regardless. Tandis and Marissa gave me excellent service and I will definitely be back!!
Be sure to get whatever work you want done in writing. We paid $800 dollars (after being quoted $600) for "permanent" hair dye expecting it to last at least a couple months. 10 days later it had all washed out. Salon more than happy to keep working with us if we paid more.

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with results. We pride ourselves on excellent professional salon and customer service. Certainly there is no such thing as "permanent" hair coloring. All coloring will eventually fade. To get the longest lasting result special care needs to be taken especially shortly after the coloring and on hair that had already been over processed.
