The property is very nice, clean and and well maintained. Very big and spacious rooms. Great deals
This is a great Community clean fast service ms Marsha pullum it’s the best a really nice lady she help me a lot good choice to move too
I have 3 friends that have lived here for over 5yrs and they love it here, I love the big size of the units and the community, it is very nice
I would not recommend la estancia or any of ram properties to anyone. The office staff is not helpful at all. The security gates has not worked since the time I have lived here. My tag was stolen off my vehicle had to miss work to get a police report to get a replacement tag. Elevators never work which is a hassle when I go grocery shopping for the week and I stay on the 3rd floor. Pool is always closed and young kids hang out in the laundry room smoking weed. Oh yeah and they tow cars but not everybody car just the none fav... read more
