Horrible! I signed a 16 month lease with these people Biggest mistake of my life! I was getting billed $150 a month for AC in the apartment which I NEVER used! Turns out the resident below me decided leave the AC running at full blast when she moved out and for 4 months the AC was running 24/7 and the staff never bothered to turn it off Apparently the utilities are shared and so we ended up paying for it Contacted office multiple times and they never gave a SH!T! The fat lady living next to us has two fuking chijuajuas that ... read more

Nice place This place is in a good location, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The apartments are very nice and kept up well. The price is also good and the managers very helpful and courteous!

Many Problems I've lived at La Entrada (renamed from Vista Montana) for 5 years. The property was sold about 2 years ago and things started to go down hill. All utilities were included in rent prices prior to the new ownership but now are not included (rent did not go down). The buildings are about 35 years old and are really showing their age. There are frequent plumbing, AC/heating, and insect problems. Visits by APD are common to break up fights and to investigate vehicle theft and vandalism. The office staff and maintena... read more

Terrible Place to Live It was AWFUL!The rent is outrageous, and utilities can go as high as $150.00 in summer for your refrigerated air which breaks constantly. To get them to fix things requires frequent phone calls, I even had to write a breach of obligations letter to get things done. The stairways and hallways are DISGUSTING, the walls are thin, and the management is nasty at best. When you move out they try and nickel and dime you to death, and become just plain rude. There are much better places to live- keep looking.
