My family has lived here for 4+ years. The apartment complex has residence who have long-term tenure who have been there for 20 years or more and it is clean. It doesn’t have bugs and it is safe of course like everything else the rent is an issue, but it’s still affordable and everyone who I’ve spoken with who lives there feels that this apartment is nice. They very rarely have any vacancies, however, because people live there for a long, long time.
I was here 10/2021 - 3/2022, while in the clutches of Frau Doktor, the mad acupuncturist from Nebraska. It was actually quite nice...the apartments, not my stint as a test dummy.
I did my nurse practitioner residency at the VA in New Mexico I loved Briarwood safe, clean and very well priced. Month to Month.
I stayed in a studio apartment for almost a year and it was nothing but a positive experience. Very quiet area, clean unit. Highly recommend
Homey and very clean the environment is beautiful.
