There should be more security!!! Not new washers and dryers.
We have a more experienced and responsive management team now. They work well with tenants and get things done. As to those who complain about being charged for things inside their unit..if you own..it is your responsibility, period. We live in NM! Expect roaches and spraying. It is lovely here. The only thing that needs doing is a tall iron fence and gate on Topke Ave. It is a huge security leak. Before a front gate system is installed the above should be installed. Place has changed so much, used to love living here, now... not so much, constantly having to get my place sprayed for roaches, other bugs and nasties. Maintenance is good and will do what's needed, but expect to be charged for every little thing. Had to get something fixed that was broken prior to me moving in. Got charged for the fix... like really... The place is turning into an HOA more then co-op. Every little thing is getting nit picked and decided by a board. No individual input. Great quiet place to live, pool area sometimes gets loud with children, but there children.... When reading people's reviews I clicked to see what else they have reviewed and laughed at the 1 star review for this place. Lol the guy one stared an alcohol recovery place and has no positive reviews... The one time I saw a roach I reported it to the office and they had someone spraying the area the next day!!
