I have lived here for over a year and the office staff is amazing Kristen is always kind and helpful and anytume i have issue zack from maintenance is always on top of it and so patient and makes sure to get the job done!!!
I lived in these apartments fifteen years ago. They have not changed much. Poor management Greystar. They've double the value of everything, upgraded visual appeal with vinyl wood flooring, but the floors have no insulation so you hear every movement from upstairs. I haven’t felt happy or at peace since I’ve moved in. There’s so much trash all around the property and no one seems to care to pick it up even if it’s just from their building.
Poor management Greystar. They've double the value of everything, upgraded nothing. make you pay for the whole properties utilities even ones that would normal be a service to everyone. Lied about getting new washers to lure people into tenants only to find they won't come for another year!
